Orders are only processed after full payment has been confirmed.

SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently ship within Nigeria.
Expansion to international shipping will be communicated on our website when available.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
WhiteLeaf Naturals will not be held liable for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our food, herbal tea, and wellness products, we prioritize hygiene, safety, and quality.

RETURNS
Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns are only considered for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS OR REPLACEMENT
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photographic evidence of the issue must be provided.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
